How are the coins earned?
Coins are earned based on events, completion, or grades, depending on your platform or integration.
Do you restrict features in the free Trial?
A little bit. You’re limited to 750 users and the branding feature isn’t available. Our pricing tables on the dashboard show the available features.
How are users defined?
Any user that is assigned to our platform will occupy a user space. You have full control over who those users are.
Do you have a setup cost and provide support?
All plans come with no setup fees and no hidden gimmicks. Cancel anytime. If you’d like our white-glove service, we do provide implementation services. Our knowledge base will help you get started and our team will provide you with all the support you need.
Is Motrain available in other languages?
Yes! It’s available in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Greek, Russian, and Italian and it’s easy to add more.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe to handle all major payment methods. We can also accept wire transfers for annual accounts.
Which platforms do you work with?
Currently Motrain integrates with Thinkific, Totara and Moodle. Our open API allows Motrain to work with any platform, and we’re always looking for our next integration.
Can you change “coins” to points or tokens?
Yes! The coins are simply a placeholder. We have clients that use the name points, tokens, credits, and more. Use your own currency icon for branded accounts too.
